Citron Hygiene is a leading provider of washroom and waste services in the UK. We are looking for Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician, you will play a vital role in servicing our customers' washrooms. If you enjoy working independently and as part of a team, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Driving to client sites on your pre-planned route, which may include single or multiple stops based on customer needs.
* Performing service and exchange of Citron Hygiene products on-site.
* Representing Citron Hygiene professionally and providing excellent customer service.
* Maintaining communication with the Service Management team throughout the day to ensure all stops are completed and issues are addressed promptly.
* Returning to the Service Centre once or twice weekly to unload and replenish stock.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A full UK Manual Driving Licence with no more than 3 points.
* ADR Licence (advantageous but not essential).
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
* Potentially, ADR training may be required.
* Patience, especially during peak travel times.
* Comfort working in washroom environments for all users.
* A professional demeanor, maintaining a high standard of conduct.
Our clients include various sectors, such as CQC-registered care providers, including care homes and nursing homes. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccination is highly recommended for candidates, especially those entering care settings, in line with current regulations.
