Collaborate with the Director of Chinese Enterprise Sales to ensure the team meets sales targets efficiently and cost-effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all accounts, fostering trust and loyalty.
Anticipate client needs, offering solutions that align with their goals and drive long-term partnerships.
Promote and enhance the company’s image through professional and reliable sales practices.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
~3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.
~ Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.
~ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
~ Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the enterprise or B2B sales sector.
