You’ll handle telephone enquiries, manage parts orders, and arrange delivery to relevant dealerships for collection. This is a key role in maintaining strong relationships with their trade customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities: * Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories. * Handle inbound and outbound calls for parts orders and inquiries * Maintain accurate stock levels and handle inventory management. * Build and sustain strong customer relationships. * Use electronic parts catalogues to efficiently find and process orders. * Ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery of parts to relevant dealerships.
