We are currently recruiting passionate, resilient and proactive Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist SEMH setting in Horsham, supporting children and young people who require additional emotional, behavioural and educational support.

We are looking for:
* Primary SEMH Learning Support Assistants
* Secondary SEMH Learning Support Assistants
* Specialist English Support LSAs
* Specialist Maths Support LSAs
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are confident, adaptable and passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.
The role will involve:
* Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Encouraging engagement within lessons
* Building positive and trusting relationships
* Supporting behaviour regulation and emotional wellbeing
* Helping students develop confidence, independence and social skills
* Working closely with teachers and wider support staff
The ideal candidate will:
* Be calm, patient and emotionally resilient
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to build rapport with young people
* Have experience within education, SEMH, SEN, care, youth work or behavioural support (desirable)
* Be passionate about supporting vulnerable students
* Be able to work full-time
* Be aged 21+
* Be a driver with access to a vehicle - essential
