My client is looking for an HR Operations professional to take ownership of HR systems, processes and data within their HR function. The role will be offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Key duties include:
• Streamlining and improving People processes and administration
• Managing and developing the global HRIS, including configuration and reporting
• Supporting payroll and benefits delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Overseeing onboarding, parental leave and absence administration
• Ensuring data integrity and quality reporting for decision-making
• Supporting immigration and sponsorship duties where required
• Line management of a People Administrator
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong experience in People Operations at a similar level
• Solid knowledge of HR systems and payroll processes
• Understanding of UK employment and immigration law
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Great data and reporting skills, with confidence using HRIS tools
