What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in Thailand: You should have at least 3 years of residency in Thailand with an understanding of its business culture. This includes native fluency in written and spoken Thai. A familiarity with FMCG markets and retail structures in Thailand is a plus.
* Data-Driven: You have exceptional analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail. You are motivated to work with quantitative data and have the ability to interpret a wealth of information from different sources to build compelling stories. You are proficient in written English analysis and have a good command of Excel.
* Open & Global Mindset: You have strong interpersonal skills to develop a professional network in Thailand and are confident in conducting telephone/Zoom interviews daily. Previous experience with outbound calls for sales/research/customer service is a plus. You are proactive in sharing discoveries and promoting team collaboration.
* Self-Directed: You take the initiative to solve problems and uncover opportunities, eager to own and be accountable for your projects. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Professional and Personal Growth: You are committed to continuous learning, proactively developing your skills, and turning challenges into opportunities.
