Roles and Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
* Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
* Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
* Maintain and update employees’ records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training records, etc
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
* Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
* Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
* Assist our HR recruiters to source candidates and update our database
* Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
* Assist in processing work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals and medical check-up arrangement.
* Preparation of HR-related documentation.
* Assist in onboarding and offboarding matters
* Other ad-hoc duties and admin jobs by management assigned from time to time
Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Basic knowledge of MOM labour laws
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong communications skills
* Minimum N’ Level/ O\' Level/Diploma qualifications
* No experience required.
* Knowledge of Infotech system data entry will be an advantage
