This is a challenging and varied role that requires individuals with good communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and sound judgment. As an Operational Support Grade, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of a busy prison.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the operational management of the prison by performing tasks such as security checks, monitoring CCTV, supervising visitors and managing deliveries.
* Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth prison operations.
* Be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and night shifts.
* Develop knowledge and experience of how a prison operates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

No qualifications are required for this role, but having good communication skills and being able to keep calm under pressure is essential.
