Floor Manager
As a Floor Manager at JD Sports, you will lead the shop floor, support daily operations, and develop a motivated team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
- Drive commercial performance through effective shop‑floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
- Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to JD policies and processes.
- Support day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop‑floor environment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
- Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance.
