You'll be a key member of the development team, responsible for shaping technical direction and driving delivery across the full product development lifecycle. You understand what it takes to move a promising prototype out of the lab and into the hands of customers - and you know how to bring a team with you on that journey.
What you'll do:
1. Lead experimental programmes from early feasibility through to robust, scalable workflows integrated into our commercial platform
2. Define technical roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria that balance scientific ambition with commercial realities
3. Prioritise competing workstreams in line with company objectives, adapting plans as the product and market evolve
4. Provide day-to-day technical leadership and line management, developing the scientists around you
5. Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and drive continuous improvements in performance, robustness, and scalability
