Job Advert: Temporary Administrative Support
Location: Hybrid (occasional attendance at office or court)
Hours: Part-time, 15.5 hours per week (Mondays and Fridays)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Support Worker to assist a visually impaired prosecutor in carrying out day-to-day professional responsibilities. This is a meaningful and varied role, ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who is looking to contribute to important legal work in a supportive capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and managing emails
* Maintaining an Outlook calendar and handling appointments
* Assisting with reviewing and drafting documents
* Updating and managing electronic records
* Attending meetings and conferences to take accurate notes
* Occasionally attending the office or court as required
About You:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
* Comfortable handling confidential information
* Prior administrative or legal support experience is desirable but not essential
Working Pattern:
This is a part-time role for 15.5 hours per week, spread across Mondays and Fridays. While the ideal working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, we offer flexibility around start and finish times to accommodate the right candidate.
