New Homes Sales Advisor – St Andrews, Fife

Peace Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading, multi-award-winning housebuilder as they look to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor for a flagship development in St Andrews.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing developer renowned for quality, customer service, and delivering some of Scotland's most desirable new homes. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with buyers, and ensuring a first-class customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Journey
* Manage all customer enquiries, both walk-ins and pre-booked appointments.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the full sales process.
* Guide buyers through home options, specification choices, and upgrades.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the development, house types, pricing, and availability.
Sales Progression & Reporting
* Proactively progress reservations through to legal completion.
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments.
* Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and prepare weekly sales reports.
* Ensure show homes, sales office and marketing suites are always presented to the highest standard.
Compliance & Quality
* Adhere to all company sales processes and NHBC/Consumer Code requirements.
* Maintain awareness of build progress and liaise closely with site teams.
* Support customers post-reservation and provide updates throughout the build.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in new home sales, ideally with a private residential developer.
* Confident, personable and passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience.
* Highly organised, proactive and able to manage a busy sales environment.
* Well-presented, articulate and able to build strong rapport quickly.
* Flexible to work weekends as part of the sales rota.
