Hours: Full-time, 40–45 hours per week (fixed days, Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm)
Contract: Permanent
Qualification required: Level 3 in Early Years Childcare or above

As part of our exciting nursery expansion, we are opening a brand-new room – and we're looking for an inspiring Team Leader to take the lead in creating it. About the Role
As Team Leader, you will:
* Lead the setup and daily running of a new nursery room as part of our expansion
* Work closely with the management team to shape routines, layout and resources
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS and the Rosewood Curriculum
* Support, guide and inspire your team to maintain excellent standards of care and practice
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring a smooth transition into the new room
* Promote safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing at all times
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
* Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years Childcare
* Confident in leading a small team and supporting others' professional growth
* Experienced in EYFS planning, assessment and child development
* Creative, motivated and organised – with great attention to detail
* Passionate about creating a beautiful, inspiring environment for young children
Experience in setting up a new room or leading a team through change would be an advantage.
