Corporate Commercial Lawyer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with good UK experience to join a London law firm on a permanent, full time basis.
The Role
The Corporate Commercial Lawyer will be dealing with a variety of clients such as SME's, start-ups corporate, international and owner managed businesses. You will be providing advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from:
* Corporate matters
* Joint ventures
* Businesses and share sales and acquisitions
* Corporate restructurings
* Constitutional and shareholder issues
* Commercial contracts
Candidate Requirements
The firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer who has:
* A mix of Commercial and Corporate experience. This could have been gained at a UK Law firm, or in house, or a combination of both.
* Background / training in a range of Corporate Commercial matters
* Strong commercial acumen
* The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* A good attention to detail
* Flexible
