The core skills needed for this role are. Joinery Tiling Plastering Labouring Basic plumbing You will be working on social housing contracts and public sector contracts, e.g., schools, colleges etc. Responsibilities will include. Repairing and replacing doors Changing locks Plastering walls Repairing taps and pipework Fitting shelves Replacing skirtings Any other repair or replacement work required during the course of the working day. The role will include travelling to different sites in and around North Wales, therefore you must be self-motivated, be able to manage your own workload, possess great time management and problem-solving skills. 40 hour working week, 20 days holidays plus bank holidays, company vehicle, fuel card and ipad provided plus other benefits.
