A friendly and welcoming primary school in Wigan is seeking a part-time School Administrator to support their busy school office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a school environment and wants a flexible part-time role within a supportive team.
The Role
You will be helping the school office run smoothly by supporting with:
Front of house reception duties
* Answering phone calls and greeting visitors
* Managing school emails and parent queries
* Supporting attendance administration
* General office tasks and organisationThe Ideal Candidate

Has previous experience in a school office
* Is confident speaking with parents and visitors
* Is organised, proactive and friendly
* Can work well as part of a small team
