* Excellent client care + communication skills
* Proactive, hands‑on approach (business development included!)
* Good IT/case management experience (DPS a bonus)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running a varied Family Law caseload independently
* Handling divorce, finances, children matters, prenups/postnups, separation agreements, domestic abuse & more
* Meeting clients face‑to‑face and representing them at hearings
* Helping drive growth within the department
* Maintaining strong compliance and risk standards
* Collaborating with paralegals, legal execs & colleagues
