About the role We currently have a career opportunity for an experienced Performance Test Engineer who is looking for a new challenge and is passionate about making a difference within financial services. Our Performance Test Engineer is responsible for assessing the performance requirements, designing and implementing performance test plans (based on non-functional requirements) for all applications, financial products, software systems and websites across all of our delivery streams. You will be working on complex large-scale programmes of work, adopting a ‘Shift Left' approach to testing where possible. What will you bring to the role? Extensive experience working as a dedicated Performance Test Engineer. Experience of working on large scale complex programmes of work where you have been the main Performance Test Engineer. Proficient in the use of performance testing tools including JMeter and LoadRunner. Experience with ‘shift left' tooling such as Artillery and K6 desirable. Proven experience in non-functional testing. Excellent skills in engaging with senior stakeholders. Experience of working in an Agile environment. Previous experience of test automation desirable.
