Job Title: IM&T Services Coordinator
Location: Radway Green, Crewe
Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing: Delivering services and driving business change across the Defence Solution Munitions business
Taking a considered approach to implementing IT systems, recognising the connections between technology, information, applications, and business
Overseeing regular updates to the IM&T Business Management System, ensuring application service documentation remains relevant and current
Organising meetings, managing actions, taking minutes, and reporting
Carrying out agreed operational procedures in enterprise systems, including raising and tracking purchase orders and invoices
Gathering and presenting data from multiple sources to teams and managers through reports and presentations
Coordinating and delivering IT activities and projects, acting as a focal support point for site IT needs, and maintaining stakeholder relationships through effective interaction with Business Customers, IT Management, and Vendors
Occasional travel to other Land UK Sites
Your skills and experiences:
Essential: Competent in the use of MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain and follow processes and governance
Proficiency for liaising with and presenting to stakeholders at all levels
Financially astute
Desirable: Knowledge of Business Management Systems
Exposure to Audit and Assurance processes
SAP S4 HANA usage
Familiarity of ITIL Foundation
Awareness of IM&T; Cyber and Security frameworks e.g. NIST, CE Plus, or ISO27001

The IM&T team:
This is a small but growing and dedicated team providing a wide range of IT services and future exploiting the digital landscape within BAE Systems Defence Solution Munitions, who are working to keep our systems and data secure. In this role you will be reporting into the Capability Lead Enterprise Services and working with many different internal stakeholders, and other business units as you will be working on critical business change programmes. This is a great opportunity for you to gain exposure within a large organisation and to grow and develop with your role. BAE Systems will also support you through further learning and development plans.
