Overview

Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for a caseload of a wide variety of defendant clinical negligence matters.
* Assist senior clinical negligence solicitors on more complex claims.
* Liaise with clients at all stages of the case.
* Involve yourself with running seminars and training for clients.
* Have the opportunity to go on secondments to client sites.
Qualifications
* PQE: At least 1 year's PQE (with preference for experience in clinical negligence within the defendant healthcare sector).
* The successful candidate will ideally have at least 12 months' PQE as a clinical negligence solicitor within the defendant healthcare sector and have handled a range of clinical negligence matters.
* Ability to advise healthcare professionals of all levels regarding ongoing claims, working both independently and as part of a team.
