An exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join a well-established metals distribution business. This Internal Account Manager position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing customer relationships, working commercially with pricing, and developing accounts.
💰 Salary: Up to £40,000 + profit share
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday with early Friday finish
🌴 Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

The Internal Account Manager will act as the main contact for customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and margin.
Internal Account Manager responsibilities
* Managing and developing customer accounts
* Preparing quotes and negotiating pricing and margins
* Handling enquiries and converting them into orders
* Identifying and winning new business opportunities
* Working closely with purchasing and operations teams
* Achieving sales targets and service levels
What we’re looking for in an Internal Account Manager
* Internal sales, account management, or commercial experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Good numerical and commercial awareness
* Organised, proactive, and motivated approach
* Industry experience beneficial but not essential
