Do you have experience of producing monthly management accounts?
Do you enjoy managing and developing a small team?
Our client is an established business with a very interesting product range!
They are now looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their team and duties will include;-
* Produce management accounts in accordance with company procedures and deadlines.
* Ensure the junior accounts staff are trained to the appropriate level.
* Monitor completion of purchase ledger and sales ledger.
* Ensure bank reconciliations are processed daily.
* Ensure all inter company accounts are processed in line with company policy.
* Ensure stock valuations are accurate and produced as directed.
* Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.
* Prepare Year End accounts for statutory purposes.
* Assist departmental managers in the formation for annual budgeted expenses.
* Ensure the quarterly VAT reconciliations are completed.
Candidate Specification
* Must have experience of producing monthly management accounts.
* Good experience with accounting IT packages.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
