Role: Customer Service Administrator Start: ASAP Term: Temp for approx. 2 months with the potential for a permanent role Salary: £27K - £29K/£14.00 - £15.00 per hour Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Friday (4pm finish on a Friday and 1 hour lunch) Location: Aylesford (Fully office based) What You'll Do: Job Allocation & Workflow: Triage jobs, manage escalations, monitor PPM/Extra Works, ensure RAMS compliance. System Management: Update job statuses and purchase orders in Clik. Quotation Management: Prepare, submit, and chase quotes; coordinate amendments. Portal Management: Oversee job progression across client portals and MCAP tasks. Reporting & Compliance: Weekly KPI reporting; maintain contractual and H&S compliance. Financial Administration: Resolve invoice queries with finance and operations teams.
