Sales Consultant
Location: Truro
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 + Commission
Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant to join one of Cornwall’s most prestigious house builders on a flagship development in the heart of the county.
This role will see you managing the full sales process on-site, delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion. You’ll be representing a luxury brand known for quality, design, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Successfully qualify, close, and manage sales through to legal completion
2. Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the buying journey
3. Maintain show home and sales office presentation to the highest standards
4. Demonstrate strong knowledge of each plot, including features and unique selling points
5. Support market research and competitor analysis
6. Assist with general marketing activities
7. Carry out general administrative duties as required
Requirements
8. Full UK driving licence
9. Previous experience in new build residential sales (essential)
10. Professional, personable, and confident manner – both face-to-face and over the phone
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Strong interest in the property and housing market
13. Good IT skills and confidence using sales and CRM systems
14. Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–5pm
