We wish to recruit an Lettings Administrator/Negotiator for our Lettings Office in Coleraine. working as a member of a professional team in a high profile office the successful applicant should be self motivated and be able to provide a top quality service together with a high level of customer care.
Duties
* Arranging viewings, carrying out routine house inspections.
* Deal with repair issues between tenant, landlord and contractors.
* Utilise strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively.
Experience
* Previous experience in lettings is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
* Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Proven organisational skills that enable you to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Driving license required
