The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape, develop and work with the Registered Manager to manage an Ofsted regulated Children’s Home in Fareham, Hampshire. The homes consist of facilities to support and improve the lives of up to four children aged between 10 - 17 who may have experienced trauma. Working within our Model of Care - Pillars of Parenting, we focus on each child’s individual strengths to support them to develop and achieve positive outcomes.
As a Deputy Manager, you will support the management of the home in accordance with the statutory requirements and guidance for Children's Homes, as well as contributing to the wider work of Hampshire County Council's children's residential service.
You'll work alongside a team of Team Supervisors and Children's Home Support Workers, as well as a range of other professionals to keep children in our care safe, support any health needs, to engage in education and make progress against their care plans.

Salary Range: £40,643 - £45,077 per annum
