We are working with a bespoke Events company based in South London looking for a Sous Chef to showcase Fine Dining and the very best Events on offer!
The role covers all areas of Events and Production. We can offer a basic salary of £36,000- £38,000. Your contracted hours will be flexible between around 6am-7am starts to 3-4pm finish Mon-Fri plus Overtime at events. During quieter months time off will be paid at normal salary plus 28 days holiday.
Sous Chefs must have previous experience in Event, Conferencing or Banqueting and worked in busy kitchens.
You will need to be confident and personable in helping with client tastings and menu creation using the finest local and seasonal produce. Based in the Main Kitchen in South London you will also be required to travel to functions around London. You also have the chance to drive to events which is paid on top of the overtime.
