At our Murrayfield Nursery in Edinburgh, we are recruiting for Nursery Assistants to join our team, working as Bank Staff this is supporting within the nursery as and when we need you, covering staff holidays and sickness. This is a Zero hour contract with Great salaries offered up to £14.43 per hour depending on qualifications and experience together with great benefits
The Murrayfield Nursery is part of CC Nurseries and is based in Edinburgh, at our busy 90 place nursery we offer a home-from-home environment, led by our passionate and caring team, our nursery is filled with hand-picked resources (natural where possible) to encourage self-directed play and discovery. Outside we have a large, secure outdoor space including a fire pit, a fishpond and an outdoor classroom, as well as a separate area for the youngest children, to enjoy fun.

Requirements
As a Nursery Assistant (Bank Staff) you will
Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the curriculum are being met
Ideally with an Early Years Qualification or with experience of working with the Under 5s.
