Band 7 - As And When Required - Bank
Flow Navigation Centre, ARI
An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Band 7 ANP's/ACP's to join the Flow Navigation Centre (FNC) on a bank basis. We are seeking motivated clinicians who already have experience of working within FNC and can provide safe, autonomous assessment, clinical decision‑making and effective patient flow management within this fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide safe, autonomous assessment and clinical decision‑making.
* Manage effective patient flow within the fast‑paced environment.
* Collaborate across the multidisciplinary team to support timely patient navigation and escalation.
* Contribute positively to service delivery.
Required qualifications and experience:
* Band 7 ANP or ACP with prior experience in a Flow Navigation Centre.
* NMC or HCPC registration essential.
* Flexibility, confidence, and ability to step into the role with minimal supervision.
