Skilled Careers Birmingham office is growing and we are looking for a strong sales consultant to join the T&L team. You will be working in a team with two other consultants and a team resourcer.
About the Role
We're expanding our Trades & Labour team and looking for a high-level recruitment consultant who can hit the ground running, manage and grow a warm desk, and contribute strategically to the growth of the division.

Day to day
* Managing and developing a busy Trades & Labour desk
* Building strong client relationships across construction and infrastructure projects
* Winning new business and growing existing accounts
* Sourcing, screening, and placing top trades professionals
* Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team development
* Delivering on KPIs with a clear path to leadership if desired
What We’re Looking For
* Proven billing success within trades & labour recruitment (ideally £150k+ per year)
* Confident in both candidate delivery and client acquisition
* Strong market knowledge in construction, trades, or blue-collar staffing
* Driven, ambitious, and commercially sharp
* Team player who thrives in a high-energy sales environment
