Lecturer / Senior Lecturer - School of Information Systems & Technology Management, UNSW Business School. The School is hiring two tenure-track positions at either the level of Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) in the area of Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Operations Management. The role reports to the Head of School and has no direct reports. If required, visa sponsorship and relocation support will be considered for the successful candidate.
Location: Kensington campus, NSW Australia (Hybrid Flexible Working).
Remuneration: Level B from $127,947 and Level C from $155,403 + 17% superannuation and leave loading. Employment Type: Full time; Duration: Tenure Track position.
Responsibilities
 * Conduct scholarly research and professional activities, nationally and internationally.
 * Contribute to teaching, engagement, and leadership in alignment with School and Faculty expectations.
 * For Senior Lecturer: conduct high-quality research recognized internationally and contribute to educational leadership and excellence in the School and Faculty.
 * Support the School and Faculty through service and engagement activities as required by the role.
Who You Are
 * A PhD in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a closely related business field (by end of 2025).
 * Experience in teaching technical (cybersecurity, programming, database, networking) or business analytics courses is highly desirable.
 * Demonstrated excellence in publishing in leading IS or OM conferences and journals (e.g., UTD24, Financial Times 50, AIS Basket of 8).
 * Proven commitment to staying current with discipline knowledge and developments.
 * Experience in teaching and learning design, development and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
 * Experience with educational technologies, online delivery methods, and industry engagement.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
