Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.
* Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural management strategies.
* Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student wellbeing and academic progress.
* Engage with pupils through one-to-one support and group activities, adapting to their individual needs and promoting positive behaviour.
* Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in special educational needs.
