We are proud to be partnering with a major children’s charity, who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC, with potential to go permanent.
This will be a full-time position that is fully remote, and a salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive advisory experience as well as comprehensive ER ability.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Acting as the lead for employee relations, ensuring advice is robust and legally compliant
2. Managing employee relations cases including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, dismissals and occupational health matters
3. Working closely with HR Business Partners to support, develop and coach leaders in managing people matters in line with policies and procedures
4. Ensuring employees receive a seamless experience from recruitment through induction, probation and exit
5. Creating, reviewing and implementing HR policies, process flows and guidance, ensuring content is lean, up to date and accessible via the intranet
6. Building strong relationships with senior leaders, influencing and constructively challenging to support delivery of organisational and strategic objectives
