Job Description
37.5 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Purpose of the Post
To manage all incoming sales enquiries. To convert these enquiries into invoiced business or hand the lead over to a member of the field-based sales team according to size and business scale.
* Administer all new sales enquiries coming into the sales inbox and assign to the relevant team member
* Turn these sales queries around including the raising of quotations, sending new client registration forms and to be part of the onboarding team
* Liaise with Europortal onboarding team to ensure training is arranged in a timely manner
* Where the leads are potentially significant (revenue or business scale) to ensure these are passed on fully to the Business Development Sales team
* Answer phone calls from new customers and deal with queries as they arise
* Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied after the first month of transferring to the customer service team
* Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls from customers
* Input new client details into CRM and log new prospects, leads and opportunities
* Communicate with our new customers during the first month of operation, to ensure we are providing an effective service in line with customer expectations
* Following the first month of the new customer working with Eurofins, to carry out a full handover of the customer into the daily customer service routines, to ensure the same level of service is maintained going forward
* Provide a high level of internal and external customer care
* To have a good understanding of our core operating systems – FGS, CRM, CLO, CLQ, Europortal, RelationWise and other applicable systems
Qualifications
* Customer services experience
* Excellent IT skills
* Effective communication skills both written and oral.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to work within a team
