Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a company that manages workplace technology solutions for businesses in central London. They are seeking a Funder Operations Administrator to join their dynamic finance operations team.

Work Arrangement: 5 days office-based

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and experience in operational finance administration, focusing on funder payments and cash flow processes.


Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor funder email inboxes
* Assist with unallocated payment tracking and follow-up
* Investigate and resolve unallocated cash issues
* Raise invoices and credit memos as needed
* Identify recurring cash flow issues
* Apply monthly contract increases using internal systems
* Review overdue invoices
* Provide ad hoc finance support


Funder Operations Involvement:

After sales closure, you will:

* Receive a sales handover pack with key details
* Coordinate with billing and contracts teams to validate service pricing and documentation


Funder Engagement & Documentation:

* Identify the funder used (e.g., Close Brothers, Siemens Financial Services)
* Prepare and send necessary documentation to the funder, including lease agreements, invoices, and compliance forms


Approval & Payout:

* Manage funder review and approval process
* Ensure company receives full payment upfront
* Track payout status and update internal systems


Relationship Management:

* Maintain logs of interactions and funder-specific requirements
* Participate in funder reviews or check-ins quarterly


Ongoing Admin:

Handle lease modifications due to upgrades, additions, or early exits by:

* Requesting revised payment schedules
* Liaising internally for document updates


Candidate Profile:

* Experience in administrative or finance operations support
* Ability to manage complex transactions
* Basic finance operations knowledge
* Experience with NetSuite or Vantage Online (desirable)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
