Senior Marketing Manager Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Location: London, UK, 2-3 days in officeExciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to shape the brand and drive impactful campaigns for an exciting retail business.Reporting to the Head of Creative and managing a team of two, this role will collaborate closely with Creative and Product to develop and implement marketing initiatives. This role offers a chance to increase brand awareness, rediscover the brand tone of voice, and pitch innovative, "outside the box" campaign ideas to key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Own the Marketing strategy alongside the Head of Creative and Marketing team.Own the national retail calendar, campaigns, key trading dates, and store initiatives.Partner with the Creative and Product teams to deliver multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring optimisation and ROI across all digital channels (website, emails, paid media, organic social media) and physical touchpoints (POS, etc.).Increase brand awareness through PR activities, including brand activations, local and regional media engagement, and influencer collaborations.Manage the development and creation of marketing assets, including copywriting, collateral, POS, video, digital images, and social media content.Experience & Skills:Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, commercially focused multi-site business.Passion for championing the customer and using insights to drive customer experience improvements.Good knowledge and experience working with the full marketing mix.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise effectively.Experience monitoring and measuring marketing performance through brand tracking and campaign analysis.Experience managing at least 1-2 junior team members.Experience in marketing for retail, or FMCG brands is desirable.
