⚡ Contracts Manager - Electrical (Commercial & Renewable Projects)
📍 Location: Bristol North East (covering Bristol & surrounding areas)
💰 Salary: Up to £60,000 (Negotiable) + Car or Package
🕓 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
🌴 Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays (Negotiable)
About Our client
We're a well-established electrical contractor with over 10 years of successful trading, delivering high-quality commercial projects across Bristol and the surrounding region - typically valued up to £1 million.
Our expertise spans solar PV, EV charging, and battery storage systems, with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and long-term client partnerships.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to help lead and develop our projects, clients, and team. If you're ambitious, commercially aware, and ready to make your mark, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of multiple electrical contracts from tender through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and our in-house teams to maintain the high standards our reputation is built on.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing commercial electrical and renewable energy projects up to £1m
* Overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance
* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and quality standards
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth within the business
About You
* Proven experience managing electrical commercial contracts
* Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project financials
* Full UK driving licence
* (Ideally) relevant electrical or project management qualifications
