Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and model exceptional teaching and inclusive practices to drive improved outcomes.
* Lead a key priority area based on the Ofsted framework, contributing to ongoing school improvement initiatives.
* Take ownership of the leadership and development of the wider curriculum or a core curriculum area, ensuring strategic direction and continuous improvement.
* Provide strategic leadership to the wider curriculum subject leaders or a core curriculum area, fostering collaboration and innovation.
* Work collaboratively with the leadership team to support staff development and promote a relational behaviour approach.
* Forge strong partnerships with families and the community to enhance attendance and attitudes towards learning.
* Secure the long-term success of the academy by maximizing potential through effective utilization of skills and resources.
* Develop leadership capacity within the academy, including line management responsibilities.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to articulate and exemplify a clear vision for the academy within the trust, driving educational development to meet evolving demands.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable teaching experience.
* Proven leadership experience within a school setting.
* In-depth understanding of the Ofsted framework and educational best practices.
* Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
