Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality customer service to residents, guests, contractors, and clients.
* Building strong relationships with residents on an individual level.
* Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Following fire, health & safety, and security procedures.
* Assisting with asset management routines, including planned maintenance, risk assessments, and inspections.
* Managing deliveries, receiving and issuing parcels and registered mail.
* Maintaining a clean and presentable concierge area and lobby.
* Providing support to residents and guests.
Requirements:
* Previous residential or property experience, or a strong customer service background.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to work night shifts on a 4 days on / 4 days off rota.
* Reliability and attention to detail.
* Experience in security or hospitality is an advantage.
