Healthcare Regulatory Partner - Up to £165,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits
A Tier 1 Legal 500 firm with a stellar reputation in healthcare law is looking to appoint a Legal Director or Partner into its expanding Healthcare Regulatory team in Manchester.
This is a rare opportunity to lead on complex regulatory matters while helping to grow the firm’s regional presence within a supportive, nationally recognised healthcare practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Run a varied caseload of regulatory matters: inquests, disciplinary proceedings, public inquiries, CQC issues, and statutory regulator defence (GMC, GDC, GPhC, NMC, etc.)
* Lead and develop client relationships across the healthcare sector
* Drive business development strategy and sector growth in Manchester
* Mentor and supervise junior lawyers within a collaborative team
* Actively raise your profile through networking, thought leadership, and client engagement
* Meet billing targets while maintaining high standards of service
The Candidate
* Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner with solid healthcare regulatory experience
* Commercially astute and driven to grow a practice
* Strong advocacy and advisory skills with an interest in client development
* A credible leader, keen to shape and expand a high-performing team
* Ambitious, collaborative and ready for a new challenge
