In this role, you’ll inherit an existing book of business and will work with a diverse portfolio of SME and corporate clients, delivering strategic advice on workplace pensions, employee benefits, and engagement programmes that have a real impact.
What you’ll do:
* Manage and develop an existing client portfolio
* Provide expert advice on workplace pensions and group benefits
* Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
* Identify growth opportunities and drive client engagement
What you’ll bring:
* Strong knowledge of workplace pensions, auto-enrolment, and group risk
* Experience in IFA, corporate pensions, or employee benefits consulting
* Excellent communication, analytical and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, client-focused approach
