About the role
As a Site Coordinator, you’ll be the go‑to person for ensuring our campus runs smoothly every day. You’ll provide high‑quality customer service to learners, tutors, and visitors, coordinate class schedules and exams, manage facilities and supplies, and make sure every detail supports effective teaching and learning. Reporting to the Campus Delivery Manager, you’ll connect teams, solve problems, and help learners succeed while keeping things organised, compliant, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional front‑line service for learners, tutors, and visitors.
* Manage day‑to‑day campus administration, scheduling, and class coordination.
* Support exam and course management, including LNATs and Capstone tests.
* Oversee ordering, stock control, and facility maintenance.
* Collaborate with Learning Support Managers and Learner Services to monitor attendance and learner progress.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and efficient learning environment aligned with Health & Safety and regulatory standards.
Desired Skills And Experience
* Strong administrative experience in an office, campus, or site‑coordination role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – in person, phone, and email.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS and SAMS (or similar education management systems).
* Great problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
* A proactive approach to Health & Safety and facility management.
* A qualification in business administration or office management (beneficial but not essential).
* Experience in customer service or education environments (an advantage).
