Qualifications
* 6–12 months of supervisory or management experience, preferably in a quick‑service restaurant (QSR) background.
* Customer and team focussed, with a passion for delivering a unique flavour experience.
* Strong commercial awareness to drive shift performance and inspire the team.
* Ability to bring Wingstop’s brand flavours to life and inspire staff to meet brand standards.
* Demonstrated leadership and the capacity to lead by example.
