PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE

SALARY: £Dependent on experience
The Role
Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor with a strong track record advising landowners on strategic development opportunities? As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in advising landowner clients on a wide range of development matters including site acquisitions and disposals, promotion and option agreements, conditional contracts and overage, land assemblies and joint ventures.
You’ll be joining a team known for its high-quality work, long-standing client relationships, and strong presence in the landowner and development space.
The Candidate
The firm is looking for Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial property law acting for landowners in residential and mixed-use developments. You will possess the ability to manage files independently and confidently handle complex transactions. You will be able to build rapport with landowners, agents and developers.
The Firm
The firm is very well known in the area and has a thriving commercial property team. They are seeking a solicitor at Associate level who can demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to manage a busy caseload. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will join a collaborative, friendly and expert-led property team with a strong pipeline of quality landowner and developer work.
