A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Ilford.
This firm is well known for its strong regional presence, outstanding client service, and commercial acumen. Due to sustained growth and an expanding client base, they are now seeking a commercially-minded and ambitious solicitor to strengthen their established property team.
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters including:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises
Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and licences
Development agreements and commercial finance
Title investigations and property due diligence
You’ll be advising a mix of SME clients, property developers, investors, and corporate occupiers across a broad range of sectors.
A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years PQE in Commercial Property
Proven experience handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
