About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Social Ads Specialist to take ownership of our paid social acquisition on Meta and drive performance at serious scale. This role is all about building and optimising high-performing ad campaigns that drive subscriptions and sales for ClickTech HUB, while also testing and expanding into new paid social channels like TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
You'll thrive here if you're performance-obsessed, love testing new ideas, and get excited about scaling ad spend from six to seven figures while hitting strong ROI and CPA targets. You'll work closely with our Creative Production team to develop scroll-stopping ads, collaborate with data analysts to uncover opportunities, and partner with product and marketing teams to build acquisition funnels that convert.
What you'll do:
Campaign Management & Optimisation
* Launch, manage, and scale high-performing paid social campaigns to drive subscription growth and sales for ClickTech HUB.
* Continuously test new ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
* Implement and monitor structured A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns and landing pages.
Channel Expansion & Diversification
* Test and launch campaigns on additional social channels (TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and others) as part of our paid social diversification strategy.
* Research and validate new user acquisition channels through rapid experimentation and CRO tools.
Market Intelligence & Insights
* Monitor competitor strategies, market trends, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve.
* Analyse campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to marketing leadership.
Creative Collaboration
* Work closely with the Creative Production team to develop and iterate on ad creative concepts that resonate with our target audiences.
* Provide data-driven feedback on creative performance and collaborate on high-impact creative testing roadmaps.
What we're looking for
This role will be a great fit for you if you have:
* 5+ years of hands-on paid social media buying experience, with a proven track record in social Ads.
* Experience managing monthly ad budgets of £80k–£100k+ (or equivalent in USD) with measurable ROI.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimisation actions.
* Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, pixel/event tracking, attribution models, and creative best practices.
* Experience in Meta's campaign pixels and tracking/attribution technologies
* Passion for performance marketing You love testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
* Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS/EdTech environment.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or other emerging paid social platforms.
* Background in EdTech, AI tools, or subscription-based SaaS.
* Familiarity with landing page testing, CRO, and funnel optimisation.
* Experience working with creative teams on direct response campaigns.
We realise that certain groups of people are less likely to apply for a role if they don't meet 100% of the job requirements. To be absolutely clear: if you like the look of this job and think you could do it well please apply.
How we work (culture snapshot)
Our culture is explicitly high-performance and outcome-focused. We look for people who share the following values:
* Act fast, learn faster (speed + iteration over perfection)
* Build with impact (outcomes over output)
* Own the outcome (high autonomy + high accountability)
* Raise the bar, then raise it again (strives to improve)
* Win together (no ego, strong collaboration)
* Obsess over the customer and long-term value (retention and expansion matter)
We work in Pods aligned to company OKRs. Each pod has a clear lead as the final decision maker to avoid committee drag.
And we provide remote-first and flexible hours — but we do expect flexibility back when the business needs it (incidents, urgent customer-impacting issues).
Why join us?
* A key role in one of the UK's fastest-growing EdTech + AdTech platforms.
* Competitive salary + performance-based bonus
* Remote first working - giving you the freedom to work from where you work best
* Flexible working hours; work around the school run, condense your work into 4 days, work the standard 9-5. There's not a one-size fits all approach to work-life balance. Let us know what works for you and let's have a conversation about how that could work in your team
* Access to premium AI tools and cutting-edge marketing tech.
* The opportunity to scale ad spend and performance at a global level.
* Work with a passionate, high-performance team obsessed with growth and innovation.
