This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who need additional support to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN
* Assist the class teacher in creating inclusive learning environments
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies
* Encourage and support students to develop confidence, independence, and self-esteem
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to meet students' needs
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH)
* Is patient, nurturing, and flexible in their approach
* Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, students, and families
* Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
