To support and assist the Health and Safety Manager in implementing the health and safety agenda across the organisation, providing advice, training, and support to all staff on health and safety matters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advise managers and staff on health and safety legislation.
2. Provide specialist advice and support to the Trust Health and Safety Committee.
3. Coordinate visits from the HSE.
4. Advise, assist, and train staff throughout the Trust.
5. Produce and implement the health and safety audit programme.
6. Maintain the health and safety database for the Trust.
7. Review all health and safety incidents, accidents, and dangerous occurrences.
Candidate Requirements
Essential: NEBOSH certificate and experience working within a Health and Safety team in a large organisation.
