Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Electronics Engineer to take technical ownership of electronic hardware design across a suite of complex industrial products. This includes architecture definition, circuit design, PCB layout oversight, prototyping, testing, and guiding engineers in the delivery of high‑quality, reliable electronics for real‑time embedded systems. The role is highly technical and best suited to someone who enjoys leading design decisions, solving complex hardware challenges, and working closely with embedded software, mechanical engineering, and systems engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Electronics Architecture & Technical Leadership Own the electronics architecture for new and existing product lines. Lead schematic design, block diagrams, and system‑level hardware architecture. Provide technical direction to electronics engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Drive design reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices. Circuit Design & Development Design analogue and digital circuits for sensing, control, power sequencing, and communication. Develop robust electronics that interface with embedded processors, sensors, motor drives, and power systems.
