Job description We require an Office Manager to start in St Neots, Cambridgeshire for a Permanent Contract working for a leading award-winning IT services organisation focused on working with small and medium sized organisations offering next generation IT services. Salary: £28,000- £35,000 per annum depending on experience Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire Key Requirements: Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts Taking inventory of office supplies and order more as needed Helping establish and maintain office procedures. Assisting senior management team when needed Dealing with staff recruitment Successful candidates must have valid: Attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills Proficient communication skills Assessment and interpretation Creativity Integrity Strong people skills Familiarity with business technology and IT is an advantage. Sound understanding of regulatory guidelines and security policies. Enthusiastic and willing to develop your technical and soft skill proficiency. Ability to communicate and cooperate with colleagues in technical roles.
